Hello, I am just emailing to let you know that I received amazing service from one of your reps named Viviane Blais. I had emailed her to see if some shirts I ordered would be shipped in time before I left on vacation (i did not leave much time to do this). When she emailed me back she informed me that they wouldnt be here in time as the shirt I ordered had to be shipped from the states. We went back and forth several times as she was trying to help me find a solution. Her response time was extremely quick and she was very pleasant. Just when i thought it was all over and i wasnt going to receive the shirts in time for my vacation, she suggested I use a different tank that you had in stock at a closer location. She emailed me a picture and told me it was similar and cheaper than the one I chose and that she would refund me the difference. She proceeded to set the print up with the new shirts and expedite the process for me. She had this all done in the matter of two days. The shirts arrived on time and look fantastic! I currently have me and my girlfriends custom tanks in hand, a cooler full if beer and am heading up to Penticton!!! I am one satisfied customer! I will definately use your services again.
