In order to help us help you, please have your order style number, and the color and quantity details handy. All returns must be approved by our customer service representatives, so please contact us via the above email so we can get the process started by issuing you a return authorization number. Returns are not accepted without this number.
Returned products can only be accepted in the same condition it was delivered. Boxes, cases, and wraps that contain the product cannot be opened or damaged. Our products can be visually checked without ripping its casings. Please take photos of all boxes, shipping labels and casings received so that Wordans can proceed with the return of the ‘new’ items.
Don’t forget, pictures of damaged items, boxes and all parts are always required, as well as a description of the flaws. Email our customer service representatives with pictures of the casings, shipping labels and boxes and a description of the problem and we will be happy to help. Wordans will make arrangements to repair the product, provide you with replacements parts, or replace the product, as per our warranty service, detailed below.
Let our agents know if you find you do not like the product, and we will guide you through the return process. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge plus shipping. If your order was processed improperly, Wordans will make every effort to resolve the issues and assume responsibility and offer you the best solution possible.
Wordans has a 5 year limited product warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects associated with your new furniture. Your warranty takes into account normal usage from the purchase date. Wordans will repair or replace any covered defective or malfunctioning part at no charge.
Warranty includes:
Normal Usage means conforming to the restrictions and weight limitations of the specific product. If the product does not specify restrictions, normal usage is defined as ‘in use for no more than 40 hours a week, with persons weighing no more than 250 lbs.’ Using the items outside normal use will void the warranty. Any repairs on the product other than by Wordans voids the warranty.
Wordans Warranty does not cover:
The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is excluded.
Our warranty does not include a full return of the product due to a malfunctioning part. Wordans warranty includes a replacement of the damaged part only.
Returns are reviewed and processed via our Returns and Financial Departments. Wordans does not retain any personal client information once the refund is processed. Returns are all quality checked and restocked before the refund is issued. The refund process may take up to 20 business days.
