How It Works

1. Eligibility

   • The product must be identical in brand, model, number of units, colour, size, condition, and availability, and offered under comparable conditions in the same country to ensure fair price matching.
   • The competitor’s price must include all applicable costs, such as taxes, shipping fees, and any additional charges, clearly broken down for verification. Prices must be displayed in the relevant local currency.
   • This program applies exclusively to standard prices. The following are excluded:
     • Promotions and Discounts: Sales, daily/hourly offers, seasonal discounts, Black Friday or Cyber Monday pricing or similar events, pre-order or liquidation offers, items advertised as limited in quantity or out-of-stock, mail-in offers, coupon discounts, voice-only deals, trade-in promotions, bundle promotions, financing offers, and subscription services.
     • Special Memberships or Programmes: Prices based on membership or loyalty benefits, credit card offers, gift card discounts, or government subsidies or aids.
     • Non-Standard Pricing: Open-box, refurbished, pre-owned, free items, clearance merchandise, or pricing errors (e.g., listings with unrealistic prices).
     • Customised Products: Any item that has been altered or personalised.

1. How to Request
   • You must be a registered Wordans customer with a Personal or Company Account.
   • Submit your request through our Contact Form within 48 hours after completing your purchase at Wordans.
   • Provide verifiable information and evidence, including:
     • The order number of your comparable purchase at Wordans.
     • A direct link to the product at the competitor's website.
     • Clear screenshots showing the lower price, product details, and applicable costs.

1. Processing Your Request
   • Once your submission is verified and approved, we will issue a coupon code for the price difference. The coupon:
     • Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cumulative.
     • Will be valid exclusively for future purchases at Wordans and will become active 30 days after issuance.
   • The verification and approval process will take no longer than ten business days. You will be notified within five business days if additional evidence is required.
   • If your submission is rejected, we will provide detailed reasons for our decision and you will be allowed to appeal within 48 hours.

1. Important Terms
   • Price match requests must be submitted after completing your purchase at Wordans.
   • If the order is withdrawn, the price match request will be automatically dismissed and the coupon deactivated.
   • One price match request per identical item, per customer, is allowed at the current price available to all customers.
   • Wordans reserves the right to reject requests if the comparative price cannot be verified or if the request violates the terms of this program.
   • Abuse of this program, such as repeated or fraudulent requests, may result in disqualification from current and future promotions.

• Wordans reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.
• This program is available to customers in eligible countries and is governed by local laws. In case of conflict, local regulations will prevail.
• This program complies with applicable consumer protection and competition regulations in eligible countries. Specific terms may vary depending on local laws.
