The term "Partially Shipped" means that some items were not available at the moment probably due to split shipments from our warehouses or back orders.

In the event of a split shipment, we are sending your order from two different warehouses (don't worry, you only pay shipping once!) to make sure that receive everything as soon as possible.

Therefore, your order will be shipped in separate packages, generating more than one tracking number and with the possibility of items arriving at different times.

You will not be charged extra shipping costs.

Yes, we provide quotes for printed garments and offer two options:

1. Using our Customization Tool:

On the top right corner of our website, under the “Customization” button (here), you’ll find all the items available for customization without any minimum quantity. You can upload your logo or artwork, select from our pre-defined designs, add text, and choose from various fonts.

2. For items not available in the Customization Tool:

Every product page includes a button that redirects you to a quote request form. In this form, you’ll provide details about your project. Once we receive your submission, one of our team members will get back to you within 1 business day.

Standard returns

If you received your order and a product is not to your liking you have 14 days to claim your return. Please send an email to our support team at customerservice@wordans.ca with the subject "RETURNS" and provide the information listed below.

Depending on the return issue, a restocking charge can be issued, more information in the return policy.

Warranty

If you received your order and discover an item that is damaged, defective or otherwise incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. After receiving your package, you have 24 hours to make a claim and provide all the necessary information. Please send an email to our support team at customerservice@wordans.ca with the subject "DAMAGED" and provide the information listed below.

What information do I have to provide?

When making a claim it is important you provide us with the necessary information to help you return your product. Please provide the following information in your email when contacting us at customerservice@wordans.ca

• A photo of the complete packing slip listing the items delivered
• A photo of the outer packaging
• A photo of the open box where the protection can be seen
• A photo of the damage or defect on the product
• A photo of the entire product
• The reference number of the product(s) you would like to return and reason for return.
